If you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch with us as soon as possible, within 14 days of purchase, to arrange a refund or exchange. Only the cost of the item(s) will be refunded, unfortunately we are not able to refund delivery costs and it is the consumers responsibility to cover the postage costs for returning any items. We do not take responsibility for any items that may go missing while on their way back to us. We will process your refund as quickly as possible, and will notify you via email once this has been processed. All refunds will be made to the payment method originally used.
If you dislike the scent of an item, please ensure you do not use it so that the item can be returned to us for a refund. Unfortunately if the item has been used we will be unable to offer a refund.
If your order arrives damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the damaged item, along with your order number so that we can arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
